Service Rates:

Inspection / Investigation Fee $65.00 per Hour. No minimum.

Minimum service calls are billed per hour, broken down into 1⁄2 hour increments after the first hour.

Residential Hourly rates: (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) $65.00. Residential Calls consist of single-family dwellings and apartments.

Emergency Service calls "After Hours" (5:00 PM to 7:00 AM) $85.00 per Hour.
 
Commercial Hourly rates: $65.00 per hour.

Reduced rates for Non-Profit Organizations and senior citizens.
